Submit a Claim - Instructions

If you received a text from or on behalf of Abacus Data Systems Inc., you may be entitled to a payment from a class action settlement. To receive a payment, you must submit a Claim Form online or by mail.

The deadline to file a Claim online or by mail is 11:59 p.m. PST on November 17, 2020.

No matter which method you choose to file your Claim Form, please read the Claim Form carefully and provide all the information required. Each Settlement Class Member is entitled to make only one claim per telephone number regardless of the number of text messages received. You should not submit more than one Claim Form. Submitting more than one Claim Form will not increase your compensation under the Settlement Agreement.

How to File Online

To get started with your online Claim Form, please provide your Unique Identification Number ("Unique ID") found on the front of the Notice you received and click "Login."

If you cannot locate your Unique ID, you may instead provide your Affected Phone Number.

If you would like to file by mail, download a copy of the Claim Form here. Please read the form carefully, fill it out completely, then send it by U.S. Mail to:

Remember, Claim Forms must be submitted, or postmarked if filing by mail, on or before November 17, 2020.
